We cannot certainly say that breakfast has not been advertised enough on our website.
In particular, we recommend breakfast as one of the most important daily moments to give a strong signal of metabolic activation to the whole body, in order to stop obesity and ease weight-loss.
Our statements are supported by science, which is “forced” to accompany and prove the evidence of past clinical cases with scientific evidence.
An article published in October 2013 on Diabetes Care (one of the most relevant scientific magazines on diabetes treatments and prevention) described the strategic importance of breakfast in the fight against at least four wealth diseases (Odegaard AO et al, Diabetes Care. 2013 Oct;36(10):3100-6. doi: 10.2337/dc13-0316. Epub 2013 Jun 17):

This study found out that those subjects – from a sample of more than 3500 people followed for at least 18 years in a precise and rigorous way – having breakfast only occasionally had the tendency to put on weight, while those having breakfast regularly were significantly protected against the mentioned disorders, showing a very significant loss of weight compared to the controls: almost two kilograms less in those regularly having breakfast compared to the subjects having it only occasionally or never.
Even those a bit overweight at the beginning of the study ended up with less added weight compared to whom started in a good shape, but persisted in not activating the metabolism with the morning meal.
It is simple: take the decision and do it!
